Hackt1vator – Discord Bot Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy describes how the Hackt1vator Discord bot (“the bot”) processes data when you interact with it on Discord. It supplements, and should be read together with, our main Privacy Policy. For the purposes of applicable data protection law (e.g. the GDPR), Hackt1vator is the controller of the data described below.

2. What Data the Bot Processes

Command messages: When you send a command such as “/start”, “/register <ECID>” or “/check <IMEI>”, the bot reads the message content in real time in order to process your request. Message content is processed only transiently and is not stored.
Command parameters: The ECID or IMEI you provide in a command is transmitted to our API to perform the requested registration or device check. This processing is necessary to provide the service you have explicitly requested.
User identifiers: Your Discord user ID and username are processed to attribute a request to you and to perform security actions (see section 5). User IDs are stored in hashed form and are automatically deleted after one month, consistent with our main Privacy Policy.

3. What We Do Not Do

We do not store message content. Messages are processed in real time only and are discarded immediately after your request has been handled.
We do not use message content to train machine learning or AI models.
We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties, except for transmitting the command parameters you provide (ECID/IMEI) to our own API as described above.
The bot does not use cookies or tracking technologies.
The bot does not read or store messages from servers where it is not installed.

4. Storage and Retention

ECIDs are stored in hashed form in a secure database as part of the activation service.
Discord user IDs are stored in hashed form and automatically deleted after one month.
Message content, IMEIs and ECIDs entered via commands are processed for real-time handling of your request and are not retained afterwards.

5. Your Rights and Choices

You can stop all processing of your data related to the bot at any time by simply not using it. Server administrators can remove the bot from a server at any time, which ends all processing on that server.

Data stored by Discord itself is governed by Discord’s own Privacy Policy, which continues to apply.
